產(chǎn)品介紹  脂溶性維生素，不溶于水，水溶性: <0.1 g/L (20°C) 溶于醇、醚、丙酮和氯仿等大多數(shù)有機(jī)溶劑，微溶于植物油。在潮濕空氣中幾天就氧化失活，純結(jié)晶在棕色真空安瓿中冰箱相存放一年后僅有極微量變質(zhì)。

生化機(jī)理 

Cholecalciferol is a naturally occuring form of vitamin D. Reported that upon metabolic activation, Cholecalciferol induces cell differentiation and prevents proliferation of cancer cells. Vitamin D acts through a receptor that is a member of the ligand-dependent transcription factor superfamily. Modulates the proliferation and differentiation of both normal and cancer cells. Has antiproliferative and antimetastatic effects on breast, colon, and prostate cancer cells. Activated vitamin D receptors in intestine and bone maintain calcium absorbance and homeostasis.
